You can upload up to 4 different designs in a single order. Each can be a different shape and size. Pricing is based on the largest size in your order — that rate applies across all designs. It's the simplest way to test a few designs or offer variety without placing separate orders.

File Setup

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files. A high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) with a transparent background works perfectly for most customers. One thing worth knowing: because the artwork prints straight onto the holographic base, white areas in your file come out as pure holographic, black comes out solid, and colours pick up the shimmer. Bold shapes with some open or light areas show the effect best; a design that is mostly black will hide it. If you want certain colours fully opaque, say so at proofing and we add a white underlayer. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum. Order as few or as many as you need.

Are holographic stickers waterproof?

Yes — waterproof, weatherproof and scratch-resistant. The gloss laminate seals and protects the print and holographic vinyl from moisture, UV exposure and daily wear.

Will my design colours show up on holographic vinyl?

Yes, blended with the effect. White areas come out as holographic, black prints solid, and colours shimmer. For fully opaque colours or white printing, ask at proofing and we add a white underlayer.

Gloss or matte?

Gloss only. Every holographic sticker is gloss laminated; there is no matte holographic option.

Can I get holographic kiss cut stickers or sticker sheets?

Not at the moment. Holographic stickers are die cut only — custom cut to your outline, or rounded corners, oval/round, or rectangle/square.

Can I order multiple designs in one order?

Yes — up to 4 different designs per order. Each can be a different shape and size. Pricing is based on the largest size across your designs.

Do I need to add a cut line to my file?

No. If your file doesn't have one, we create the cut line based on your artwork outline during proofing. Just upload your design as-is.

How long does production take?

1 to 3 business days after proof approval. Shipping is then 3 to 5 business days to Ontario and Quebec, 5 to 7 to the rest of Canada, and 3 to 5 business days to the US.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes — every order gets a free digital proof within 24 hours. We don't print anything until you approve it.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes — free shipping on orders over $100. Any US tariffs are charged on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
