File Setup

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files. For most customers a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) with a transparent background works perfectly. Not sure if your file is ready? Upload it anyway — we review every file during proofing and will flag anything before we cut a single piece.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes — every order gets a free digital proof within 1 business day. We don't cut or print anything until you approve it.

What if something isn't right with my order?

We fix it. If there's a defect in the print or cut on our end, we redo your order. That's been our standard since day one.
